2年3カ月振りの「鮨 はしもと」さん。
橋本親方、お弟子さん達と常連様の会話を聞きながらのお食事は、和やかな雰囲気でとても居心地が良かったです。

赤酢で締めた鰯に、大葉、沢庵、芽ねぎ、胡麻等を巻いた
一品。脂のりも程よく、山葵と一緒に。
