この日は養殖のみで静岡県産と鹿児島県産の食べ比べ。
静岡県産は脂感が強めの個体。
鹿児島県産は筋肉質でぷりっぷり。然し、身はふっくらとし、この辺りは藤森氏の焼き方の妙技です。
帰り際に藤森氏から「横山さんの2年物で出廻ることはもうないとおもいます」と。
横山さんのうなぎだとは露知らずに食べたので、ビックリ。
貴重な日に行けて幸せでした。
