杉田氏の楽しいトークを聞きながら、美味しいおつまみ&握りをいただく至福の時間。
1月に続き今月も皮剥の刺身がとても旨かったです。
厚めに切り付けた身に、肝を巻いていただき、ビールを飲む…他のおつまみもこのループです(^-^)
体調が優れてなかったので追加は程々に。
握りは舎利、切り付けとも大きく追加はしなくてもお腹が一杯。
白眉は鱒の介。脂のりもよく、地からしのアクセントのよかったです。
次回は体調を整えて伺いたいです。
