ご夫妻で営業されている大好きな地産地消フレンチです...3ケ月位前にTEL予約。
営業は夜のみMax2組8名により、内容的に収支が成り立っているのか意味不明な店舗の一つではあります...

以下、食した所感。
・今回は恒例の目玉食材のプレゼンがなかったのが残念...
・過去2回も花見に絡めての訪問でしたが、今回は大きく様変わりした料理でした。山菜を多めに登用されたそうです。
・結果、①②のスタートから和食寄りなイメージ。
・④⑩:意外な魚介とチーズとの組合せ...ナルホドと思える料理です。
・⑥⑪:希少な茸を多用。⑤の風味は圧巻。
・⑧:穴子は天麩羅で食する機会が多いですが、薪火の微妙な火入れには敵わないとの印象。特に皮目の食感。
・⑬:1番様変わりしているかも?⑤あたりから供して頂けると料理のソースも満喫出来るのですが...【5.0】に届かない唯一の理由...
・⑭:腹パンにより、肉の半分を同行者へスルーパスしましたが必要なかったかも知れません。
・⑮:リクエストを忘れておりましたが、前回のリクエストをシェフが覚えておられ登場。今シーズンの初お披露目だそうです...感謝感謝。前回よりもカナリ、グレードアップしておりました。
ノンアルペアリングして、25千円チョットと都内ではあり得ない仕上がりでした。
地方巡業がやめらないと思わせる筆頭の店舗の一つです...
次回も4月に訪問して定点観測してみましょう。
