装い新たに再開された「エクアトゥール」さんを訪問。
予約はOMAKASE。以前の営業終了前にBMしていたのが唐突にお気に入りで復活したのに気付いて勢いで予約。再開2日目の来店です。
エクアトゥールさん自体、初訪問。今回の再開の際にメンバーが入れ替わっていることから以前の味は知る由もありませんが、いくつもの高級食材を組み合わせた複雑ながらもそれらを調和させそして納得させてくれる味わい。
一品一品、盛り込まれている記載しきれない数々の食材(そもそも覚えきれないw)の表情が箸(※)を進める度に顔を出してきてついついこぼれる笑顔と共にお酒も進む好スパイラル。
※目の前の店名記載の謎のケースに箸が入っていることに後半まで気付かず、結局は利用せず…
全般を通して首をひねるようなタイミングは皆無で常にマックスゲージで首を縦に振ること多し。中盤の盛り上がりの料理は濃厚ながらも飽きないラインナップ。
スタッフの方の接客も堅苦しくない親身なもので大いに満足の出来る時間と空間でした。
また訪問したいと思える良いお店です。
