目の前に炭火の焼き場があり、串に刺された、焼き物を眺めながら、チビリチビリ、
さらに、朱塗りの盃に濁り酒が出されて、お腹が鳴ります。
料理は 季節感に溢れ、器も楽しい。随所に茶懐石の心を感じられます。

焼物は先程から目の前の炭火でじっくりと火をとおしていた串から出されます。

表面カリッと、中はしっとり。
木の芽の馨りがなんとも言えません。

出汁が効いてます。 刻み海苔でいただきます。

既に、ここまでで、満腹の域を超えてしまいました。
やむなく、炊き上がりの白飯のみをいただきましょう。
