宮崎旅行が決まった1か月前に本店のHPから予約し4人で18時の回にお伺いしました。
商店街の中にあるビルの1階にある筈なんだけどなかなか見つからない。。。
道路から少し奥まった場所、看板が無いお店でしたw
宮崎県日向市出身の大将上村亮介氏。大阪の鮨店を渡り歩き、10年間修業。宮崎市の「一心鮨」に入り、7年間研鑽を積む。2022年1月に「ひとつ」開店
釣り好きの大将のマニアックな話しも楽しくホスピタリティも最高でした。
シャリは白酢でネタの旨さを強調してる。口の中でほろっと無くなってしまう。
今回だけなのかわかりませんが、追加が出来なかったのが残念。
東京に合ったら間違いなく毎月通いますw
めっちゃ美味しかったです。
