土曜日の午後5時に入店。先客は1組だけでしたが、その後満席になりました。カウンター席の小上がりは板長の手際のよい調理が拝見できて特等席だと思います。3品のお通しをツマミながら赤星の中瓶で喉を潤した後は全国各地の日本酒の中からコメントを参考にオーダーしました。本日のおすすめの中から芽くわいの素揚げと菜の花と芽キャベツの料理を注文しましたが、どちらも美味しく特に菜の花の料理はニンニクの旨みが食欲をそそりました。また、名物の生うに軍艦は安くて美味しいツマミで燗酒にぴったりでした。最後に青のり湯豆腐は体の芯から温めてくれました。ここの料理は居酒屋の中では提供される逸品がどれも素晴らしい味付けで、定期的に通いたいお店です。
