店名とそのコンセプト通りの季節の信州産の食材(と酒)の素材を生かした絶品な食事
+視界に入る、料理と食器、カウンター周りは勿論、店舗全体(外観、サイン、内装全て)が上質で凛としている雰囲気と空間、店主の唐木さんの佇まいと丁度良い接客も含めてとても良い
>too matchな高級食材を、華美な食器(と内装の中)で、「ドヤ」って提供する店は、正直大変に苦手で接待での利用以外では絶対に寄り付かないが、こちらの「無名」は、その対極にある感じで、とても良い

季節のお任せ+お酒も日本酒のお任せで

└費用も食事17,600円(サービス別)+お任せ日本酒9,000円と、丁度よい値段設定(蓼科からのタクシー代が片道およそ6000円があるので笑)

この日のメニューで、個人的には、クマ肉とクレソンの鍋物が絶品で、一番印象に残る一品!
お任せの日本酒も、地元信州の物だが、なかなか手に入らない+飲む機会の少ない酒を料理に合わせて色々飲めるのも素晴らしいかったなーと
八ヶ岳と蓼科界隈には、ここ最近は年20~30日以上と、実家以上に滞在しているが
基本は八ヶ岳(+南・北アルプス)への山行と絡めていくので、食事は、失われた栄養分とカロリー摂取優先+時間が不規則故に、ヴィーナスライン沿いで、通し営業の、我々が愛して止まないテンホウ 米沢店が中心になりがち笑
が、山行中心のストイックな蓼科ライフだけでなく、季節感ある食事(=無名に伺う)のを主旨・目的に来るのもいいなーと、我々の蓼科ライフを年齢に合わせて再検討中笑で、早速来月の来訪日程を鋭意調整中
