特記〉
胡麻豆腐が特に記憶に残った。口に入れるとまず柚子の鮮烈な香りが立ち上がり、次に山葵の爽やかな辛味、胡麻の豊かで深いコク、最後に醤油の香り。
醤油は自家醸造したものとの事で、まろやかな塩味とふくよかな香り。
鮎塩焼きのあしらいのゴーヤの佃煮は初めて見る取り合わせだったが、甘塩っぱい中にゴーヤの苦味が残っていて、夏の焼物のあしらいとして記憶に残った。
雑記〉初めて訪れたお店。
食後にご主人と少しお話しをしたが、昼・夜一組づつの予約のみとの事。知らずに一人で予約させていただいた。
山野草に包まれた木造建築、和の設えも美しいが席は椅子席。リラックスして食事がいただけた。
蝉の声が暑っ苦しくなく心地よく感じられる中、一人静かに料理に没入できる貴重な昼食となった。
秋に松茸のお献立をいただくための画策を始めねば。
