After training at Kappo Nakagawa, located on the north side of Gion, he opened his own restaurant, Gion Sakagawa. When you step through the noren, you will be greeted by a lively voice and the bright and gentle demeanor of Chef Sakagawa. Many gourmets become regular customers, eager to experience the delicate flavors that can only be achieved by knowing Kyoto's seasonal ingredients so well and continuing to treat the ingredients with sincerity.
