店内 … 満席 待ち … なし 待ち時間 … なし ※ 完全予約制 ※ 実質予約不可能店です ※ 通ってる方の誘いを待つしかないです ※ 豚バラチーズは事前注文性(前日) ※ 〆は「天茶」「天丼」から選べます ※ご飯の量も選べるので行ける人は行っちゃいましょー!! ------------------------ 『悶絶』の一言です。やべーです。 普通に語彙力失うレベルでうますぎました。 なんで今年silverに落ちたのか普通に意味が分からないです。全部が全部うまいですし、笠原大将もとてもお優しい人柄でお客さんと喋りつつすごく楽しそうにお料理をされるのがとても印象的でした。 また最も感動したのはスペシャリテの『シャトーブリアン』ではなく〆物の『天茶』。今回はかき揚げは「松茸と海老」だったのですがこれだけも香りがヤバいのに上にかける出汁。 これは大量の松茸で出汁をとった『お吸い物』です。かき揚げの旨味×お吸いものの香り。こんなん不味いわけがないです。 いつもならコスパに対してうるさい僕ですが今回の6.5万円は心から払ってよかった。払う価値のあったお料理の数々だと思います。 なかなか行けるお店ではありませんが、またチャンスがあればお伺いさせて下さい!!美味しい料理の数々ご馳走さまでした!!
