メニューにないお料理も出して頂けました。
フェデリーニ、前回は雲丹でしたが今回は赤貝。
どちらも美味し過ぎて大好きです♡
赤座海老とビスクは、旨みが凝縮されていて、食べると幸せな気分に。
松葉蟹のリゾットは蟹たっぷりで、お米より蟹の方が多く、蟹好きには堪らないです♡
最高級の但馬牛の炭焼きと一緒に提供された月光百合根のパン包み焼き、百合根が甘くてホクホクしていて美味しかったです。
最初から最後まで、どのお料理も素晴らしかったです。
ドリンクはペアリングハーフにしました。
全部で8種類提供されましたが、どれも料理に合い美味しかったです。
