銀座にある道場六三郎のお店。
以前お昼でいただいて大変美味しかったので夜に再訪。
「料理長おまかせコース」の15000円いただきました。
前菜
お椀
刺身
焼物
煮物
口直し
強肴
食事
水菓子
という構成。
前菜は華やかな盛合せ。
柊の葉に鰯
枡に福豆
床節磯焼
海老サフラン寄せ
小判からすみ
茶振り生子
黄金チーズ
となります。
どれも美味しいですが前回いただいた黄金チーズはやはり絶品でした。
刺身は、くえの薄造りでした。
ボリュームもあります。
煮物としては鮑や蟹、それにふかひれ。
おこげに豪華なあんかがかかっていて美味しかったです。
口直しのお鮨がまた美味しい。
食事は数種類から選べます。
釜飯にしましたが美味しかったです。
同行者のカレーうどんがまた凄かったですよ。
どの品も美味しくて大変満足。
お酒もすすみました。
数年たっているので自分でどう感じるか少し不安でしたが安定の美味しさでした。
