こちらのお店の店主さんは、
元々 蕎麦のサラザンにもいらした方だとか。
サラザン名駅は10年ほど通ったお店だと思います♡
ここ数年は行けてないけど、、
そちらも好きです。
こちらのお料理もまじめで熱心、丁寧なお仕事されてるのが伝わってきます。
お値段的に考えても
かなり頑張っておられますね!!
最初の一品は綺麗な緑色をした
艶のある美しい蕎麦がき
こんなのみるのも、たべるのも初めての雰囲気で感動⭐︎
その後も一つ一つが長く感想を書ける素晴らしさで、どうやってまとめていいのか悩むばかり。。
全部書くと長すぎて誰も読んでくれないだろうな笑
うまく表現とか言えないのが、とてももどかしいです。
全体通してお料理の味付け、素材の使い方など
かなり良いと思えて好みですね。
お腹はいっぱいなはずが、
最後の炊き込みご飯はもっと食べたいってなりましたし、
お蕎麦ももっと食べれそうでした笑
