最初から最後まで全て美味しかったです!
特に無花果の白玉揚げ、和牛もも肉のしゃぶしゃぶ よだれ鶏仕立て、伊勢海老のXO醬炒め、麻婆豆腐が好みでした♡
其々の料理のソースが美味しく、田中シェフが中華鍋を振る姿が目の前で見れるのも、躍動感があり凄く楽しかったです。
〆は4品の中から2品まではコース料金内みたいですが、全部味わいたくて、小盛りにして頂き4品頂きました。
4品にして正解でした。
これだけのコース内容だと、コース料金だけで2万円前後のお店が多いですが、お酒を飲んでも2万円いかないのは驚きの高コスパです。
とても美味しかったです。
