茨城県水戸市にあるフレンチ。JR水戸駅の南口から徒歩10分。オーナーシェフは大津高志氏。大津氏は35歳のときに脱サラをして料理人に転身し独学でフレンチのシェフとなり1991年12月6日に水戸にレストランオオツをオープンした。
ランチ、ディナーともにコースのみで13000円、19000円、27000円の3つ(すべて税込、サ別)。別途ペアリングもあり。
定休日は月曜日を中心に月6回。完全予約制。
予約は電話でネット予約は行っておらず電話でのみ受付。席はテーブル14席と個室。個室は最大8名まででチャージ料は5000円。貸切可。カード可、電子マネー不可。専用駐車場3台分あり。
