お店が麻布十番にあった頃から何度か伺わせて頂きましたが、この度人形町に移られたとのことで行きつけの知人に招待してもらい来訪。住所非公開、そして紹介制とのこと。
新店舗では薪焼きにこだわられており、あらゆるものが燻られていました。コンロの火でも充分美味しかったお料理が、薪のパワーでさらに進化。パスタにリゾットは相変わらず絶品でした。ご馳走様でした。
