シグネチャー。オリーブオイルにも甘味を感じ、流石に美味しすぎた。
◇ホワイトアスパラガス ホタルイカ
THE春!好きな食材の組み合わせは最高。
◇ケークサクレ
ふきのとうやほうれん草、蟹味噌やコンテチーズを用いてパンケーキのような食感。
◇プンタレッラのフリット
ジビエをミンチにしてソース仕立て。斬新。
◇イサキ
外皮ぱりっと、口に入れたらふわっと美味しい。
◇仔羊のロースト
元々少し苦手気味だったため仔羊独特の後味がやっぱりちょっとウッてきた。

お誘いいただいた方が絶賛していた一品。見た目も可愛らしく、とても美味しかった。

個人的にハマりそうな好きな味だった。
料理、ワイン、サーブ総じて素晴らしかった。
春の季節を先取りできて良かった。
またメインのお肉が牛の時に来てみたい。
