土浦まで遠征して茨城の旬の味を堪能しました。
県産材を活かした美味しい和食で霞ヶ浦が淡水湖で美味しい鯉を養殖していることなど新しい発見もたくさんありとても満足でした。
1週間ほど前に8,000円のコースを予約して土浦へ。
二階の個室をご用意頂き、ひとり誰に気兼ねすることもなく美味しい食事とお酒を頂きました。

お酒は地酒の熱燗 笠間の稲里 純米
遠くてもまた来たいと思えるお料理でした。
特に霞ヶ浦の養殖鯉はこれまで食べた鯉とはレベルが違いました。
恥ずかしいことに今日まで霞ヶ浦は汽水湖だと思い込んでいて淡水湖だと言うことを初めて知りました。
季節毎に変わる茨城の旬の食材とお料理わぜひ四季を通して味わいたいと思えるお店でした。
