地頭鶏の力強い奥深いお味、チキン南蛮の南蛮ソースとタルタルの絶妙な味付けなど、宮崎県民がこちらのお料理を絶賛しているので、本格的な宮崎の味を味わえるのだと思います。
お料理のバリエーションも豊富で、同じ鶏でもいろいろな食べ方が出来て全く飽きないし、何より鶏が本当に美味しいです。
前回いただいた、タンシチュー(食べれてラッキーだった特別メニュー)と砂肝のアヒージョ(通常メニュー)も洋食としてとても本格的で、ご主人の料理人としての手腕が伺えます。
スタッフの皆さんが明るくて楽しくてお店の雰囲気もとてもよくて、毎回本当に楽しく過ごさせていただいています♪
