水曜日(4月12日)のランチは鮨なんばさんです。
言わずと知れた予約困難店で諦めていましたが、
昨年広尾の某店で御一緒になった方にお誘いいただき
ようやく訪問できました。感謝、感激です。
素晴らしいお店でした。
おつまみやお鮨が美味しいのはもちろん、
シャリやネタの温度を大切にし、最良の温度で提供
されていると聞いていましたが、当日の握りのお品書き
には、シャリと種の温度が1℃単位で表記されていた
のにはびっくりしましたが、
何より大将の人柄に魅了されました。
初訪ですから直感だけなんですが。
さて、待ち遠しかった当日は新幹線が遅れないことを
祈りつつ、何とか開店時間に間に合いました。
お店の前で待ち合わせて入店しました。
お昼ですが、飲まずにはいられませんし、かけつけた
ので喉が渇いています。
いつものように芋ソーダをお願いして、後は冷酒です。
