青森出身の大将が振る舞う肴や鮨は、全て吟味された新鮮な逸品揃い。
カウンターで大将と会話しながら楽しむのがオススメかと思いますが、完全個室もまた落ち着いて雰囲気があります。
カウンターと個室は若干のメニューの違いがあり、しゃぶしゃぶや手巻きの代わりに赴きのある品々が提供されます。
赤坂という立地にありながら、このクォリティと価格は大変有り難く貴重な店。
ゆっくりと酒を愉しみながら20種類以上の肴と鮨を堪能しますので、滞在時間は2時間半位になります。
店内はかなり寒く、足元が冷え冷えしますので、冬季はアウター下も暖かい服装で訪問することをオススメします。
