2年5ヶ月振り四回目〜暫く伺うことの出来なかった野嵯和さんへ夏のおまかせコースを食べに伺いました(^^)
熱烈な野嵯和信者のひとりとしては、今日
この日を迎える迄、とても淋しく心配して
居りましたが…
いつもと変わらない奥様の出迎えに始まり
大将の元気な様子とひょんきんなギャグを
交えた会話からは想像出来ない素晴らしい
料理を頂き〜感無量でした(^^)
これでもかと云う格別な食材に天才料理人
たる〜雑味を取り除き食材本来が持つ特徴
を最大限引き出す腕前はシンプルでもあり
創作的でもある匠の技の数々をとても語り
