寒い寒い、1月の終わり。
各地で最低気温の更新やら、雪で大渋滞の高速道路やらが紹介されてます。
僕も、昨日都心まで出て酷い目に遭いました
今日の昼飯は穏便に、近場の「中清」に来ました
まずは寒い午後1時、熱燗を頼むと「日高見」の純米です
お供はこちらの隠れた名物「たぬきどうふ」
こいつを摘みに一杯であります
お代わりは冷たい十四代
そして締めは「手挽き粗挽蕎麦」です
当然ですよね、親父さんの小さな体で懸命に挽いた玄蕎麦
さらに粗挽きだけで熟成させた一品
美味くないはずがありません
吉祥寺「中清」さん、相変わらずの美味い蕎麦
ずーと続くといいですね
