ずっと行ってみたかったこちらのお店。ランチは不定期ですが、たまたまネットで見つけて予約訪問しました。
一軒家なので、最初の門扉からドアまでも素敵。ドアを開けるとにこやかにお出迎えしてくださいました。
テーブル席が4〜5席と半個室があるようです。シェフも最初からご挨拶に来てくださいます。途中や帰る前も楽しくにこやかにお話ししてくださり、最後は見えなくなるまでお見送りしてくださいました。こういったことが、嬉しいですね。こちらのスタッフの方々の対応は皆様素晴らしいですね。

これにワインペアリングをお願いしました。このワイン達が素晴らしいです!!グラスでこれを?!といったものばかりでした。
お料理はどれもとても美味しく、またその見せ方(パフォーマンス)も良かったです。こちらのコースには、パンが付いていませんが、リゾットやクレープ、ハヤシライスもあるので、特に問題なしです。でも美味しいソースをパンにつけられなかったのが残念とお話しすると、今美味しいパンを思考中とか。次回が楽しみです。
ちなみにハヤシライスの量は調節できます。これは普通サイズです。
クレープ包みの稚鮎、美味しかったです。特にこの花山椒のソース!真似したい。
蝦夷鹿も火の通りが完璧で、柔らかくて美味しかったです!周りは燻されているので、その香りもいいのです。
最初から最後まで大満足のコースでした。次回の予約も入れて帰りました。次は秋!楽しみです。
