相鉄ムービルの裏の方、ビルの5階にあるお寿司屋さん。
本店は銀座の「鮨 ふくじゅ」
今回はランチで。
●ランチおまかせ(6,800円)
○前菜
梅水晶、鮭の石狩漬け、枝豆のよせ豆腐。
初手から飲ませにくるラインナップ。
豆腐は固くてボソボソだったのが残念。
○季節の逸品
カツオたたき。肉厚なカットで食べ応え十分。
握りに入ります。
シャリは赤でぱらりとしたタイプ。
○本マグロ トロ
幸先の良いスタート。
○鯛のローズソルト
醤油ではなくピンク岩塩がふりかけてあります。
○アジ
叩いたアサツキ?が乗っていて爽やかな味わい。
○北海赤海老 炙り
思い切りの良い火入れで海老の香りプンプン。
○茶碗蒸し
実は筍と菜の花、とろろ掛け。
匙ですくうと菜の花がでろーんとなるのでもう少し細かく切られているほうが食べやすいな。
握り再び。

生で食べるの初めてかも。脂ノリノリ。
○小鰭
皮は少なめで身の食感を活かしたあまり見ないタイプ。
○穴子
両面を炙って。ふわふわ系ではなく皮ぎしのゼラチン質を活かしたトロトロ系。面白い食感。
○いくら醤油漬け
ミニミニ丼的なポジション。
○玉
正統派。
○留椀
赤出汁。実はめかぶと麩。
めかぶがぬるしゃきで良かった。何なら一番印象的だったかも。
○きな粉わらび餅
お茶とともに。
●冩楽 純米吟醸(1,650円)
フルーティ。愛い奴め。
お酒は種類豊富でしたが、1合千円台〜5,500円となかなか。
上記金額にサービス料10%が付きます。
握り9貫に諸々、お酒も付けて1万切りとなかなかのコスパ。
