Beautiful live performances of ancient Chinese instruments such as the yangqin and erhu further liven up the atmosphere. A private room with a view of Tokyo Tower (reservations required) is available, making your time here even more special.

Furika creates delicate flavors by making the most of the appeal of carefully selected high-quality ingredients. Each carefully calculated dish has a rustic, simple impression. The flavors of seasonings and oils are kept to a minimum, allowing the natural umami of the ingredients to shine through. Among the dishes, the "Xiaolongbao" (small dumplings) made from scratch after an order is placed, the "char siu" (roasted pork) and "Peking duck" (beef duck) made by a chef who specializes in grilling are some of the must-try dishes.
