The company also uses the fat that is collected when cutting carcasses at its own store "Beef Cook Kurazono" and wholesalers, and makes it into ham.
They take over wasteland and use it to grow pasture. They also contribute to improving the soil by composting the cow manure from Kurazo Farm and applying it to the farmland.

Only female cows with a low melting point of fat are served. You can fully enjoy the rich flavor of the beef when served in Yakiniku (Grilled meat) or Sukiyaki.
